Pay in Instalments with Partial.ly
Enjoy your chosen ring — and spread the cost over up to 3 months with Partial.ly, our instalment partner.
No interest. No credit agreement. Jewellery is released after the final payment.
Why customers choose this
- From 25% upfront; up to 3 months to pay.
- One-time 5% setup fee applied at the start of the plan.
- Your ring is reserved for you while the plan is active.
- Clear schedule on the cart page; payments are taken automatically on the agreed dates.
Important: Payments made before delivery are non-refundable (except where the law requires). Ordered products remain the property of Antique Jewellers Ltd, and transfer of ownership happens only after the full balance is paid. Your statutory rights still apply.
How it works
- Choose “Purchase with Partial.ly” on the cart page. You’ll see your exact plan: upfront amount, instalments, dates, setup fee, and total payable.
- Authorise your payment method. Partial.ly securely schedules the instalments you’ve agreed.
- Receive your jewellery after the final payment. We dispatch once your balance is fully paid.
Key information
- Not a credit agreement: This is a layaway-style plan. We do not provide goods or credit upfront; goods are supplied after full payment. This kind of delayed-supply, interest-free arrangement is outside regulated consumer credit.
- Non-refundable payments before delivery: If you cancel or your plan defaults before delivery, payments already made are retained under the plan terms. (This does not remove your statutory 14-day right to cancel after delivery for eligible items.)
- 14-day cooling-off (after delivery): For non-customised items bought online, you can change your mind within 14 days after you receive your goods and obtain a refund once you return them. We may deduct if the item is returned in a diminished condition.
- Resizing/customisation: If you ask us to resize or otherwise customise a ring, it may become non-returnable under consumer law.
- Missed payments & default: If a payment fails, Partial.ly will retry; repeated failures can place the plan in default. If your plan defaults, it will normally be cancelled and all payments already made will be retained. In rare and exceptional cases we may consider reinstatement if missed instalments and any applicable fees are paid, but this should not be expected or relied upon in your planning of your purchase.
- Setup fee: A one-time 5% setup fee is charged at the start of the plan.

FAQs
Is this “credit” or “BNPL”?
No. It’s a layaway-style instalment plan. We don’t supply the ring until you’ve paid in full, and we don’t charge interest.
Do you ship before the last payment?
No. We release/ship after the final payment clears.
What if I miss a payment?
Partial.ly will try again automatically. If your plan goes into default, it will usually be cancelled and all payments already made will be retained. In rare and exceptional cases we may consider reinstatement, but this should not be expected or relied upon in your planning of your purchase.
Can I cancel part-way through and get a refund?
Before delivery, payments are non-refundable under the plan terms (your ring is reserved for you meanwhile). After delivery, your standard 14-day right to cancel applies to eligible items.
What about resizing or custom work?
If you request resizing or other customisation, the item may become non-returnable under consumer law.
Transparency & your rights
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (cooling-off for distance sales) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (fair terms) remain unaffected.
