This is why we offer Fully Tracked Complimentary Next Day Delivery to all UK customers, shipped using Royal Mail Next Working Day 1pm Special Delivery service. This means we can ensure your experience with us is nothing short of perfect, from picking out your ring to your beautiful purchase arriving swiftly and securely.

Complimentary Next Day Delivery
No matter where you are in the world, our shipping is comlimentary.
UK: We ship using Royal Mail Next Working Day 1pm Special Delivery service.
International: We use international couriers and estimate 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days for other international destinations. Supported Destinations: European Economic Area, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Gibraltar, United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
Customs
Non-UK orders may be subject to customs processing which, depending on your country, may add additional fees, duties or taxes. You as the recipient are responsible for the payment of those charges.
Packaging
We know that many of you may be planning a surprise and discretion is important. Our delivery boxes are plain, and contain only your name and address information. Our company name and the contents of the package are not written on the outside, so your secret stays safe.
Despatch
Orders with Free Resizing: If you've selected a different size from the ring's current size then our goldsmith will work to resize your ring. Depending on workload it usually takes 3-7 working days, though on complex rings or large resizes we may need a little extra time. Once we've completed your resize then delivery times are as follows:
UK: Orders ready before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day, with orders after the cut-off being despatched the next working day. We may despatch orders on a Saturday, though this is not guaranteed. We make every effort to include as many orders as we can in each daily dispatch. If feasible we may include your order in a day's dispatch even after the cutoff.
International: Preparation of an international order is more complex, and takes one extra day. We require a telephone number for international orders, which we must give to the courier.
Order Verification
Sometimes our payment gateway will ask us to perform extra verification of an order before dispatch. We will contact you at the earliest opportunity to request any extra verification details. As an online retailer with high value items that cannot be replaced, we take fraud protection seriously. Orders flagged for verification will be packed but not dispatched until verification is complete.
Delivery
Orders will require a signature on delivery.
Service Disruption
We make every effort to dispatch on time, though factors like extreme weather, power cuts etc. may in rare cases delay dispatch. We rely on Royal Mail to deliver parcels on time but they too may have delays which are out of their control. We monitor all our deliveries and will contact customers should there be any delays to delivery.
