Refund policy

Returns
Our No Quibble returns means if you don't love your ring you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your jewellery arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (the ring box or similar).

To complete your return, we require an email from you requesting a return and for you to follow our return steps as specified.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in situations including but not limited to:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Returns for International Customers
If you're returning a ring to us from abroad you must carefully complete your customs forms to state that you are returning a product for a refund. Should customs levy any charges or fees on the return of your items then you are responsible for those and they will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@antiquejewellers.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items also follow our 30 Day No Quibble returns policy.

Shipping
To return your purchase, you should post it to: Antique Jewellers Ltd., The Chapel High Street, Ulceby DN39 6TG, though only after emailing with us to agree the return process as we require certain insurances to be in place when shipping valuable jewellery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
