Christmas Period Resizing & Postage 2023

During this busy period, we add this extra information to help customers make their purchases with peace of mind. Resizing

For UK customers, if you are unsure of the size you need, or if you are ordering after the 14th of December we recommend choosing the "I'm not sure (resize later)" option for a ring that can be resized. This way we can ensure you have your ring before the 25th. While we usually offer resizing 14 days after purchase for rings we will extend this to 30 days for purchases made after the 11th of December 2023 so that everyone can buy with confidence.

Postage

For UK customers, the last day to order a ring with the 'resize later' option, or without resizing is the 21st of December by 2pm. The last day to order a ring for Christmas with free resizing before delivery is the 14th of December 2023. 

International Customers

The last day to order a ring without resizing is the 13th of December by 12pm (UK time).Ordering a ring and selecting free resizing will likely not arrive before the 25th.
