This outstanding vintage ring features a fabulous, lustrous opal with a rich play of colour, claw-set and framed by stepped shoulders in white metal, beautifully contrasting the high-carat yellow gold. The shoulders lead to a plain yellow gold band.
This ring is stamped '22CT'. There are signs of repair to the opal as photographed, though this is not noticeable when worn.
