This mourning ring from 1829 is a stunning example of late Georgian design. The head of the ring showcases a hairwork panel surrounded by 16 creamy white pearls, set in intricate gold detailing. The shoulders are adorned with floral motifs with triple split shoulders, continuing to the band before a lined panel.
The back of the head is engraved: "Jane Other, Obt, 9th June 1829 Æt 49."
