This ring features an elongated oval-shaped bezel set with intricately woven hairwork under a domed cover. Surrounding the hairwork is an elegant enamel frame delicately decorated with alternating gold stars and dots on a white enamel background, edged by a gold border. The refined craftsmanship and meaningful details offset the ring's simplicity.

The back of the band's head is engraved with the dedication: "Thom Thorpe Ob. 27th Nov 1792 Æ 24", memorialising the life of Thomas Thorpe, who passed at 24 in 1792.

This ring, circa the Georgian era, is in good overall condition with light wear commensurate with age.

UK Size F

This ring is a small size, and could be resized to an H on request. An order of this ring will include a complimentary resizing form, allowing you to send the ring to be customised from F to a size up to H.
