The diamonds of approximately 0.16 carats (2x 2.8mm) with diamond chip shoulders are mounted in a 'toi et moi' formation, from the French meaning "you and me", it symbolises how two unique and brilliant individual things can become something even more beautiful when placed together.
The diamond encrusted shoulders join to a band marked 18ct. The ring's marking and manufacturing style are consistent with similar rings from the mid 20th Century and this ring is best placed around 1950.
At around 70 years old this ring is in excellent condition.
