The Vintage 1978 Star Set Garnet Signet Ring

This rounded signet ring features a lovely mixed-cut garnet in a star setting in the top corner of its head. The star setting of the garnet adds interest to this otherwise classic ring, reflecting the light beautifully.  The head is a rounded shape, leading into sloped shoulders and a plain 9ct gold band. 

This ring is fully hallmarked by The Assay Office of Sheffield for 9ct Gold in 1978. It is in fair condition with light marks commensurate with age. There are several scratches and indentations to the shoulders and band of this ring, again commensurate with the age of the piece.
