The Vintage Opal and Sapphire Bloom Ring

This gorgeous ring features 6 stunning opal cabachons, arranged in a flower formation. At the center lays a deep, dark round mixed cut blue sapphire, with one sapphire sitting either side of the rings head, framing the glowing opals beautifully. The three sapphires total 0.53ct.  The opals have a good play of colour, displaying  blue, pink and green. The foliate and detailed shoulders frame the floral design beautifully, leading into a plain gold band.

This ring, circa the late 20th century, is hallmarked by the Assay Office of Birmingham for 9ct gold. It is in good condition with light marks commensurate with age.
