The Vintage Garnet Double Headed Snake Ring

This fantastic vintage ring consists of two snake heads which coil around the finger and meet at the centre. Each head bears a gemstone, a deep red round mixed cut garnet. Each snake's body winds around the finger which meets as a double band, with an openwork design. The snakes have engraved scales, with a plain section at the back of the band.

This ring is fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of Birmingham for 9ct gold, though the hallmark has been worn over time.
