This ring features a deep blue sapphire framed by two brilliant-cut diamonds in illusion settings for an approximate total of 0.08ct.
The shoulders feature a milgrain effect which leads into a plain gold band towards the back of the ring.
This ring, mid-20th century, has a hallmark worn away from wear, but it tests as 18ct. The sapphire has some scratches and abrasion to the table, but all stones remain well held and in a usual condition commensurate with age. The hallmark may indicate the Birmingham Office, and the date the letter W may indicate 1946, but it is too smoothed to be certain.
