The Vintage 1989 Bloodstone Chunky Signet Ring

This chunky ring features a beautiful bloodstone gemstone set between dramatic shoulders, which leads into a plain band.

Bloodstone is a dark green to a dark bluish-green variety of chalcedony that is typically speckled with small, red or brown spots or flecks. Bloodstone was believed to have magical powers throughout ancient history and was used as an amulet for protection and healing purposes.

This ring is fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of London for 9ct gold in 1989. It is in good condition with light marks commensurate with age.
