The Antique Restoration Aquamarine and Garnet Ring

This ring features a dazzling aquamarine between two deep red garnets, on a heavily detailed wide band, decorated with leaves and two flowers either side of the shoulders. The rest of the band is plain, letting the head of the ring stand out.
The ring tests as 18ct to the head and band and is likely a combination of antique with vintage in what appears to be a restoration piece with two notable historical alterations. Firstly the ring's head has been set to a replacement band at some point in this ring's past, and later than band appears to have been sized down once. The ring head is deficient one of four leaves. All stones remain well held with usual marks commensurate with age.
