This ring's solitaire diamond of approximately 0.025ct is very cleverly illusion set into white metal which is in turn held by claws, giving a natural impression of a much larger diamond.
Lifted in a gallery above shoulders each holding diamond chips, this ring is a skilled example of affordable diamond presentation.
From around the end of the 20th Century, and hallmarked for 9ct gold by the Assay Office of Sheffield, this ring is in good condition.
