The Vintage 1977 Sapphire and Diamond Ring

This vintage ring features a beautiful large deep blue sapphire surrounded by ten brilliant cut diamonds for an approximate total of 0.30ct. The gemstones are held in a raised cluster gallery which joins to thick shoulders and band, and slopes slightly towards the back of the ring.

This ring is fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of London for 18ct gold in 1977. There are some mild marks to the sapphire but all stones remain well held and it is in good condition with light marks commensurate with age.
