This ring features three large deep red garnets, separated with two rows of three smaller garnet gemstones, held in claw settings. The plain band with chunky thickness slims towards the base of the band. There is subtle millegrain detailing between the large stones and small details to the upper and lower sides of the ring head.
The ring is in good condition, with usual light marks and wear to settings commensurate with age. It is fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of London for 9ct gold in 1971.
