The Vintage 1971 Brilliant Cut Solitaire Diamond Ring

A dazzling brilliant-cut diamond solitaire of approximately 0.84ct sits in a raised gallery. The shoulders have a leaf-shaped detailing which frames the diamond nicely. 

This ring is fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of Birmingham for 18ct white gold in 1971. The shoulders have some eye-visible light marks, and there is some wear to one claw, but the diamond remains well held.

A lovely ring over half a century old.
