The Vintage 1937 Old Cushion Cut Solitaire Diamond Ring

This ring's old cushion cut solitaire diamond of approximately 0.25ct sits in a traditional eight claw setting on a band fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of London for 18ct gold in 1937.

The diamond and claws are set level with the ring's head so the diamond still gets all the light it needs to sparkle without being exposed to catching on clothing like with cathedral set stones.

A lovely piece of pre-war jewellery in good overall condition with only light wear commensurate with age.
