The Antique Old Cut Seven Diamond Ring

This ring's principal diamond is old cut and held in a traditional claw setting with a gallery composed of two shoulders with three diamonds each. These shoulders join to a band marked 18ct.

This ring, circa 1920, has wear consistent with age but is in fair condition. The band has mild thinning and the principal stone has a small strike mark that can be seen under magnification. At around a century old the ring is a nice example of early 20th century jewellery composition. Total diamond weight is approximately 0.25ct.
