This wonderful antique mourning ring features a shield-shaped head with the word 'MOTHER', complete with an intricately braided hair work band and metal panelling spanning the band, spelling ' IN MEMORY OF'.
This ring is fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of Chester for 9ct gold in 1916.
