The Antique Edwardian Old European And Brilliant Diamond Trio Ring

Three diamonds sit in a trio of claw settings held in twist joining to a gold hallmarked band. The diamonds are a mix of Old European Cut and old brilliant cut totalling approximately 0.41ct.

This ring has a worn year marker that looks most like 1912. Fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of Chester for 18ct gold. The old brilliant cut diamond would appear to be a replacement for a previously lost stone. The principal diamond shows a small nibble to the edge, the smaller OEC diamond is one claw deficient.
