This ring's mixed-cut sapphire is held by 8 gold claws to allow light to hit the gem from all sides, the gallery is mounted upon trifurcated shoulders joining to a rosy gold band.
The ring, fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of Chester in 1908 for 9ct gold, is in very good condition.
