The Antique Carnelian Autumnal Ring

This alluring antique ring features a bright orange carnelian cabochon, which exudes a gentle but warm glow, reminiscent of the autumnal hues and falling leaves.

Carnelian is known as the 'sunset stone' or 'Artist's stone' as it has a vivacious creative edge which encourages warmth, vitality and positive energy.

The carnelian is claw set which joins to bifurcated shoulders, with little scrolled details that frame the stone wonderfully.

This ring, circa mid 20th century, is stamped for 9ct. There is some abrasion to the carnelian but the stone remains well held and the ring is in good wearable condition.
