The Antique 1901 Opal and Pearl Abstract Ring

The ring's centrepiece is an abstract-shaped head holding a magical opal, which radiates a mesmerising play of colours, from soft pastel blues to fiery oranges and reds. The opal is surrounded by eight lustrous pearls arranged in a semi-circular pattern around the opal. 

This ring is fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of Birmingham for 18ct gold in 1901. There is slight nacre wear to the pearls and some light marks commensurate from age and wear to the head and band, but all stones remain well held, and this antique ring is in good condition.
