The Antique Georgian 1799 Black and White Enamelled Mourning Ring

This fantastic mourning ring's wide band is filled with a large band of black enamel framed by two slim lines of white enamel. Golden lettering reads 'Ann - Wait -Died - 22 - Dec: 1799 - Aged - 67'. 

This ring is fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of London for 22ct gold in 1799. It is in good condition with light marks commensurate with age.
