An ornate ring with wonderful Baroque overtones. The face to the ring is in Platinum and features a raised dais setting finished with pierced and fret worked gallery to a coronet set diamond.
The shoulders to the ring feature as winged insects, the platinum setting terminates at the shoulders with ornate shield designs and is finished with a yellow band marked 18ct Plat. The Old Brilliant Cut Diamond to the coronet is of around 0.31ct (4.35mm) and has a golden tone.
The ring's style and the diamond's cut place this ring in the early 20th century, estimated at around 1915. This ring is in excellent condition and has been well maintained for over 100 years.
