A traditional solitaire engagement ring from the middle of the 20th century with the clear and bright old brilliant cut diamond of around 0.25ct (4.07mm) set between knife edge shoulders to give it focus.
A well kept ring in good condition, marked 'fine plat 18ct' on the inside of the band, it has been well cared for.
