The Antique Victorian 1886 Engraved Diamond & Pearl Ring

Sold for £475.00

This antique Victorian 18 carat gold, pearl and diamond ring is clearly and fully hallmarked from the Assay Office of London in 1886. The ring is set with a central half pearl flanked by two bright old mine cut diamonds of around 0.15 (2x 2.77mm) carat total with decorated shoulders with openings.

The ring bears the engraving of two sets of initials and the date "19th Nov '87".

The ring is in good condition, there is some usual wear to the base of the band consistent with its age. It has clearly been well cared for over the last 135 years.
